A New Kind Of Volleyball Training!
Individual training is an effective means through which a player can improve . One on One Sports Training has helped thousands of players at all levels improve their game through individual and small group training sessions. We will work closely with each player, parent, and coach to develop and implement training programs that provide tangible results. Players can work alone or with friends and siblings.
Setting, Hitting/Attacking, Blocking, Serving, and Passing are all covered. We deferentiate our training by blending agility, conditioning, and strength training (body weighting) with all of our lessons. Our lead Conditioning and Agility Coach has worked with Michigan Football, and Womens, and now he mixes his knowledge with all of the sports we offer. Analysis of player video is also available. Sessions last for 60-90 minutes and will be conducted at mutually convenient times.
Strength training, speed and agility, core strengthening, power, balance and injury prevention are a few of the fundamentals that we incorporate into every session.

We train players all over the State of Michigan. Our main gym is in Ann Arbor, but we train players from Saline, Brighton, Livonia, Novi, Northville, Jackson, and even Toledo who drive to train with us!
